Gulliåsen Næringspark is a large new regional area of approximately 700 daa that primarily caters to businesses with significant transportation and/or space needs. Building heights of up to 30 meters are permitted. The area is located along the E18 near Tønsberg, making it centrally located in Vestfold with a short driving distance to all Vestfold cities.

Distance to Oslo city center: 95 km / 1 hour and 10 minutes. Distance to Sandefjord Airport Torp: 17 km / 15 minutes. Distance to Tønsberg city center: 6 km / 5 minutes.
