The zoning plan includes a mix of logistics, industrial, storage, and associated office spaces, with the goal of accommodating 80,000-115,000 square meters at full utilization. At the roundabout in the northwest, it is desirable to have a service center with electric vehicle chargers and an associated restaurant in an area of approximately 7 decares with a utilization of 1000 square meters.
